Excellent focaccia! So good I haven’t taken a photo as ate it in no time. Free flowing coffee. Croissants looked amazing too so we’ll be back.

Such good value. Very nicely pasta. Lovely people serving. It was quiet when we went. Under €30 for two pastas and glass of wine and a coke. In and out sort of place. Easy dining.

I ordered a Margherita pizza and it was super cheesy and delicious , and this please Isn't too expensive for being close to a tourist attraction. The only downside with the food was the pasta and the capricocha .( It's the one with mushrooms.) The atmosphere was really nice, it was quiet ,wnice music and you could speak with eachother. ( Btw I wasn't the person who payed it was my dad .) We were 4 people who where eating, and the totalt of the food + water cost 45 euro.( I can't really come back cuz I'm a tourist and I do not live in Rome, Italy!) I Rekomend this spot. ( Btw I didn't pay cuz I'm a child still.)

Excellent for quick pizza or pasta. The square pizza with ham, cheese, basil and sun dried tomatoes was about $7 and after they warm it up the crust was crunchy and perfect. Not the most expensive by far but my favorite meal I had in Rome over the past week. Edit: we went back a couple times this week and great every time.

Located in the heart of Rome at Via della Maddalena, 12, MOLINO BAKERY - PANTHEON is a charming pizza restaurant that captures the essence of Italian casual dining. This spot stands out with its diverse menu, featuring classic Roman dishes like Pizza Al Taglio and Focaccia Foggiana, alongside rich pasta options such as Spaghetti alla Carbonara, Amatriciana, and fresh Pâtes Fraîches. The variety is impressive, extending to delights like Caprese salad, Ham and Cheese Pizza, and even unique treats like Cuernitos Rellenos Cornetos.

What strikes me first about MOLINO BAKERY is the authenticity and quality of its offerings. The focaccia, praised by visitors for disappearing before a single photo could be taken, is delightfully fresh, capturing that perfect balance of crisp outside and soft, airy crumb within. Their pizza options, including the indulgently cheesy Margherita and the rich 4 Formaggio, deliver robust flavors that satisfy traditional cravings. I also found the pasta dishes worthy of note—the Carbonara here is prepared al dente with a silky sauce that honors Roman culinary traditions, paired effortlessly with a well-priced glass of wine that many customers appreciate.

Beyond the food, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for a quick yet satisfying meal. Patrons enjoy the smooth flow of free coffee and the friendly, attentive service, which enhances the overall dining experience. The combination of authentic flavors, reasonable prices, and a cozy environment makes MOLINO BAKERY - PANTHEON a valuable recommendation for anyone seeking genuine Roman flavors close to the Pantheon and tourist attractions.
